That’s why we set up our flying start programme, so you settle into your new job from day one. From policies to procedures, we’ll make sure you’re well acquainted with all members of our team – including the leadership team – even when working remotely. Every person that joins us becomes an integral part of our success – we can’t do this alone. All new ideas are valued, and we’ll make sure you have the space to voice them.
